Kim Rose is the Principal and Founder of TLP, the company he created on the basis of his experience over 30 years in the Information Technology arena with blue chip organisations including Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Solectron and Oki Systems.

Kim observed that the majority of SME companies who were customers of these organisations have neither the resource nor specific skills in-house to handle complex and rapidly changing IT systems and to get the best out of their investment in them. He saw an opportunity to provide a service to SMEs that would help them to optimise and deliver greater value from their business and IT systems.

His method is to engage fully with his clients as a business partner who can deliver measurable benefits beyond the IT systems alone that go straight to the bottom line. This level of engagement is key to his approach and has been the cornerstone of his success to date.
